Notes:

Name spelling is all over the place from Kristöffl to Christstöpfl and many variations in between.

This is another family where the name and the farm passed on through the 2nd marriages of wives, leaving the actual ancestry something other than the descendants of the earliest found person of the name.  In this case the earliest Kristöffl found was Simon who died in 1615.  His widow Ursula married Johann Regon and they passed on the Kristöffl name.

But we also have a second unconnected connection.  If others have interpreted the records correctly, Simon had a son Christopher who had a son Rupert.  Rupert married first Catharina Lehner and then Maria Brauneisen.  After his death Maria married Georg Wurmbauer and they use the name Kristöffl.  As little is known of that WurmPauers (again multiple spellings) or the Regons they are included with the Christstöpfls here.
